Warranty does not cover:
Incorrect installation or misuse
Natural wear and tear
Mechanical damage (e.g. accident, drop)
Damage caused by low-quality fuel
All our parts are certified and come with a factory warranty valid for 1–2 years, depending on the product. Warranty applies only if the part was installed by a certified service and the defect is due to a manufacturing fault.
Returns
You can return a part within 14 days (EU customers only) if it’s faulty or doesn’t match the description.
To file a claim, please provide:
A photo of the damaged part
A photo of the packaging
A photo of the box or pallet
