Fasteners at an elbow are worth treating as consumables: studs corrode, nuts seize, and the effort of extracting a sheared stud from a turbocharger housing dwarfs the cost of new hardware. Order studs, nuts and washers with the elbow. Where the existing studs come out sound, that is a bonus and the new ones go in the spares box for next time.
