Genuine MAN main bearing shells, normal size with a 0.10 mm step and a sputtered overlay, for the D2842 LE443 and D2848 LE422. Where an engine has been uprated at some point in its life, the bearing specification that belongs to it may have changed with the rating. Check what the engine was originally built with and what it is rated at now, since substituting a standard shell into a higher-rated engine is a false economy that shows up as fatigue.
