Thrust bearing at the light 0.10 mm step, sputtered specification, for the D2842 LE443 and D2848 LE422. Two specifications in one number again: the step follows what was ground from the shaft's thrust face, the overlay follows the engine's rating. Both have to be established before ordering, and they come from different sources — the machine shop for one, the engine's build record for the other. The machine shop supplies one figure and the engine's build record the other; neither alone is enough to order against.
