At M12 in A2-70 stainless, genuine MAN. Note that A2-70 reaches 700 MPa against 800 for class 8 steel, so a stainless nut is not an upgrade. It is a corrosion decision with a strength cost attached. Choose it for corrosion resistance, and check the joint can accept the lower strength.
