Genuine MAN connecting cable harness of 6 metres for the gearbox on the D2868 LE433. Harness length is the specification here, because the run between the engine, the gearbox and the control position varies with the installation rather than with the engine. Ordering by engine model alone risks a harness that is correct electrically and wrong physically — too short to route properly, or long enough to need coiling somewhere it will chafe. Measure the existing run before ordering, and where a harness is being replaced after damage, note how it was routed before removing it. Photographing the routing before removal is the simplest way of reproducing it, and it costs nothing at the time. A harness coiled where it will chafe is a fault that takes years to appear and is entirely avoidable at installation.
