Genuine MAN cable harness for connector X10 on the D2842 LE443 and related builds. Dielectric grease on connector pins after cleaning is cheap insurance in a space that is never genuinely dry. It displaces moisture and slows the corrosion that would otherwise start at the pin faces. Apply it sparingly and to the pins themselves; packing a connector body with grease achieves nothing and makes the next inspection unpleasant. Reapply it whenever a connector has been opened, since the film is disturbed by the act of disconnecting.
