Genuine MAN terminal box for the D2862 LE463, D2862 LE422 and D2868 LE433, current in place of 51.25431-7046. Whichever box is fitted, the cable glands deserve as much attention as the enclosure: a gland that has been overtightened crushes the cable's outer sheath, and one left loose lets the cable move until the conductor work-hardens at the terminal. Both failures take years to appear and both start at installation. Neither is expensive to get right at installation, and neither is cheap to find years later.
