The one pipe in this catalogue made of CuNi10Fe1Mn — 90/10 copper-nickel, the standard seawater piping alloy, at 65 mm outside diameter on a 2.5 mm wall. Its iron content maintains the protective film that makes it resist seawater, and that film is what a steel pipe in the same duty has no equivalent of.
