A large timing case cover. Timing case covers often carry a seal for a shaft passing through them, in which case the cover's position sets how the seal runs on the shaft. Fit such a cover to its dowels and check the seal is not distorted. A shaft seal in a misplaced cover wears a groove in the shaft within hours.
