About the MAN D2866 LE203
The LE203 is MAN's limited-time (LTP) rating of this engine: up to 300 running hours a year at load factors up to 100 %. For 60 Hz sets at 1,800 rpm the data sheet gives 400 kW.
MAN's operating instructions cover the D2866 LE201, LE202, LE203 and LE211 together, and its power-generation data sheet rates two of them: the LE201 at 280 kW and the LE203 at 360 kW, both at 1,500 rpm, with a Bosch in-line pump that has an integrated electromagnetic actuator. In our catalogue the four share one list.
It is radiator-cooled (radiator 51.06101-7184, blower fan, fan cowl) and has a single turbocharger assembly, 51.09100-7433, with intercooler assembly 51.09500-7053.
