Sheet-metal shielding round the hot side: heat protection plates (plain, left, right, left front), guard plates including a centre one, heat shields, heat deflectors, insulating mats, a cover, carriers, a spacer plate, brackets and the steel wire used to tie mats on. Fixing is by short hexagon screws, bushes and hardened washers (200 HV, one in A4 stainless).
Plates are pressed for one position and one engine version, and a plate bent back into shape after work rarely sits clear of the manifold again.
