The D4-300 gives 221 kW (300 hp) at 3,500 rpm from the same 3.67 litres as the D4-225, with a turbocharger, an aftercooler and a belt-driven mechanical compressor, according to Volvo Penta's data sheet. Like the D4-225A-D it is listed with the Aquamatic sterndrive, its steering and its anodes.
