Covers that close the water side of the intercooler, as single covers, water space covers or a complete cover assembly, with intercooler seals, a gasket, brackets, a carrier and an intermediate plate. Brass drain plugs (G1/2" and M18 x 1.5) sit in the covers; a pressure regulator, a soldered charge-air pipe and a small pipe union with grip ring for 8 mm tube are on the drawing too.

The cover screws are 10.9 grade from 35 to 130 mm. Corrosion on a cover usually shows at the seal face, so check that face before deciding whether the seal alone will do.
