Genuine MAN left-bank oil suction line. Suction pipes are frequently damaged during sump removal rather than in service, because the pipe stays with the block while the sump comes down past it. Supporting the sump squarely on the way off avoids it. A trolley jack and a piece of timber are worth more here than an extra pair of hands.
