About this part

Genuine MAN adapter from the 05740 lubrication group, no specification in the data. Anything adapting an oil gallery is a load-bearing joint at full oil pressure when the engine is cold, which is when pressures are highest, not when it is warm. A cold start on thick oil can put several bar more through the joint than the gauge shows when warm.
