Genuine MAN brazed coolant pipe for the left turbocharger. A water-cooled bearing housing relies on thermosiphon flow after shutdown, when the pump has stopped: the pipe has to rise away from the turbo for that to work, which is why its routing is not negotiable. A turbo that fails shortly after a coolant pipe was rerouted is rarely a coincidence.
