Genuine MAN stud, M10 x 35, in a heat-resisting steel that MAN's own description calls high-temperature resistant. Studs of this material belong on the exhaust and turbocharger side, where an ordinary steel stud relaxes under heat and quietly loses its clamp load. Substituting an ordinary stud there produces a leak rather than a broken fastener.
