Genuine MAN water-cooled exhaust elbow for the D2866 LE401. A useful inspection when an elbow is off: look at the deposits as well as the metal. Heavy salt scale inside the water passage means flow has been marginal for some time, and carbon build-up narrowing the gas passage raises exhaust back pressure — which loads the turbocharger and reduces power without producing anything that looks like an exhaust fault. Both are worth acting on independently of the elbow's wall condition.
