Genuine MAN valve guide at the first repair stage for the D2866 E, 18.25 mm. Repair stages on a valve guide work in the opposite direction from bearings: the guide's outside diameter is oversized, because the bore in the cylinder head has been machined out to remove a worn guide's seat. The head determines which stage is correct, and the figure comes from whoever machined it. Ordering a guide stage without the head's machining figure is how the wrong one arrives.
