About the MAN D2866 E

Of the D2866 versions in our catalogue, the E is the one with no turbocharger unit or intercooler in its list. Like the rest of the series it is an 11.97-litre in-line six, but this version has its own injection pumps (51.11102-7966, -7967 and others) and an engine-driven air compressor, 51.54000-7058 or -7079, with compressor cylinder heads.

Cooling parts come in two kinds: a radiator (50.06101-0045) with fan cowl and blower fan, and raw water pumps 51.06500-7039, -7040 and -6351, which carry the same numbers in the D2866 LE and TE lists. The TE list is the closest relative and holds most of the E's numbers, but injection pumps and compressor parts differ, so order those against the E designation.
