Genuine MAN three-groove V-belt pulley for the coolant pump drive on the D2866 E. Pulley diameter sets the speed at which the driven component turns relative to the crankshaft, which on a coolant pump means the flow it delivers at a given engine speed. A pulley of the wrong diameter will drive the pump and will drive it at the wrong rate, which shows up as a cooling margin that disappears under sustained load.
