Genuine MAN pump shaft for the D2866 LE401, 777 grams and 265 mm — the same weight as the D2848's shaft in a noticeably longer package, so the two differ in proportion rather than in mass. Pump shafts are not interchangeable between engines even where the pumps look similar, because the shaft length sets where the impeller sits relative to the housing. Check the length against the shaft coming out before ordering, and do not rely on the pumps looking alike.
