An exploded view of the intercooler on early D2840 and D2842 versions (LE100 to LE400 range), some D0826 and E0836: tube bundle, housing assembly, cover, end cover, flanged cover, a reversing chamber, an intermediate housing, intercooler seals, a spacer ring, an O-ring and a drain plug, besides complete intercoolers and assemblies.

This is the drawing to use when rebuilding a cooler rather than replacing it. The flat seals are about 157 x 361 mm, and two of them differ by a millimetre, so read the number off the drawing for the joint in question.
