Genuine MAN high-pressure injection line for cylinder 5 of the D2866 E. The sealing cone at each end of the line seals metal against metal, with no washer or seal involved. That makes the condition of the cone the whole story: a cone that has been nicked during handling, or polished with abrasive in an attempt to cure a leak, will not seal at any torque. Never dress a cone. Fit a new line.
