Genuine MAN main bearing shells at the first repair stage, 0.25 mm undersize, for the D2866 LE401 and D2866 E. First-stage shells are the ones most often needed, since a grinder takes the minimum required to restore a true, round surface. Reputable machine shops stamp the undersize onto the crankshaft web when they grind it — and where a shaft carries no such marking, the journals have to be measured before shells are ordered.
