About this part

Genuine MAN intake valve for the D2866 E, and the current part where 51.04101-0375 was previously fitted. In practice valves are renewed as a set per head: a single new valve dropped in among worn neighbours seals differently from the rest, and the clearances no longer agree across the head. Whichever valves go in, the seats they land on are cut to suit them — grinding a new valve into an old seat is the classic route to a second failure a few hundred hours later.

Supplied new, in the manufacturer’s packaging, with our warranty of up to 24 months.
