Genuine MAN Powerband belt for the D2866 LE401, two 3VX belts banded, 1420 mm. Belt tension on a marine engine deserves attention it rarely gets: too loose and the belt slips on the alternator and the coolant pump under load, too tight and it destroys the bearings in both. Manufacturers specify a deflection figure at a stated point for exactly this reason, and setting by thumb is how pump bearings come to fail early.
