Genuine MAN engine support for the left side opposite the flywheel end on the D2866 LE401. Renewing mounts changes engine height, which means realignment is part of the job rather than an optional follow-up: new rubber sits higher than settled rubber, and the shaft coupling has to be checked and corrected afterwards. Plan for that when scheduling, since alignment is done with the boat in the water and settled rather than immediately after launch, and it usually wants checking again once the engine has run up to temperature. Doing the mounts without the alignment leaves the driveline worse than before the work. Budget the alignment as part of the mount job rather than as a separate visit, since the two are not genuinely separable.
