Genuine MAN oil dipstick for the D2866 LE401, 329 mm, current in place of 51.05805-5499. Dipsticks bend, and a bent one is usually straightened by whoever finds it — which changes the length and therefore the reading. If a stick does not slide freely down its tube, the fault is the stick or the tube, and neither is cured by force. Both are cheap enough to replace rather than correct.
