Genuine MAN exhaust elbow for the D2866 LE401. Studs and nuts at the elbow flange live in the worst fastener environment on the engine: hot, wet with salt, and cycled constantly. They seize, they corrode away, and they shear during removal more often than not. Order new studs and nuts with the elbow as a matter of course rather than hoping the existing ones survive — a sheared stud in a head or a manifold turns a two-hour job into a considerably longer one.
