Genuine MAN drive shaft for the D2866 LE401, 641 grams and 111 mm. Short accessory shafts are easy to mislay during a strip and easy to refit the wrong way round where both ends look similar. Mark the orientation before removal. Where an engine has been apart before and a shaft seems tight to engage, check that it is the right way round before applying force. Force applied to a shaft that is round the wrong way damages the splines on both parts at once.
