Genuine MAN heat-resistant solenoid switch for the D2866 LE401, D2866 E and D2842 LE443, 999 grams, and the number that now supersedes the standard version 81.26212-0015. The heat-resistant specification replacing the standard one is informative in itself: solenoid coils fail hot, and an engine room is hot. For marine use this is the version to fit, and MAN's supersession has made that the only choice. Fit the heat-resistant unit even where the standard one is still available from other sources.
