About the MAN D0824 series
The D0824 is the four-cylinder engine of MAN's D08 diesel family, the shorter sibling of the six-cylinder D0826. In our catalogue its designations fall into three part lists: the D0824 E701, the D0824 LE201, and the LUE520 to LUE524, which share one list between them.
Fewer than half of the part numbers are common to any two of those lists, so the series name says little about which part fits. The E701 list has no turbocharger parts and a large injection-pump group full of shims and nozzle-holder combinations. The LE201 carries a turbocharger, a radiator with its fan and a raw water pump. The LUE52x list adds an engine-driven air compressor, a fan clutch, glow plugs and a coolant preheater.
