About the MAN E0836 series
The E0836 is the six-cylinder gas engine of the D08 range, 108 × 125 mm and 6.9 litres, built for combined heat and power. MAN's 2015 brochure rates the naturally aspirated E302 at 75 kW and the lean-burn E312 at 56 kW at 1,500 rpm on natural gas. The turbocharged versions have a two-stage mixture cooler: the LE302 gives 110 kW on natural gas, and the LE202 was offered for special gas such as biogas, also at 110 kW.
Our catalogue has two part lists that follow that split. The E302 and E312 share one; the LE202 and LE302 share the other, which adds the turbocharger, intercooler elbows, oil return pipes and their brackets. Spark plugs differ between them as well, so read the number on the old plug.
