About the MAN E2866 series
Spark ignition sets the MAN E2866 apart from the diesel D2866, while much of the base engine stays common. Its E300, E301 and E302 versions share one parts list in our catalogue, so whichever of the three is on the plate, the numbers are the same.
In that list, injection equipment gives way to spark plugs, an ignition coil and a set of ignition cables, and the pistons are stationary engine piston assemblies. Liners and piston pins, on the other hand, are shared with the D2866.
Spark plug 51.25923-0030 links the E2866 to other MAN gas engines: the same number is listed for the E2876 TE302 and the E0836. Base-engine parts often match the D2866 as well, but check each number against the E2866 designation before ordering.
